Patent Pending

May 29, 2026 By The Salty Korean 2 min read

We’re excited to announce that we’ve filed two provisional patent applications with the USPTO. Priority dates locked in.

What “Patent Pending” Actually Means

It doesn’t mean the patents are granted. Yet.

It means the applications are filed, the clock is running, and the ideas are protected while the process moves forward. From here, twelve months to convert each provisional into a full non-provisional application.

What Got Filed

The first application covers the multi-session workspace interface — a way to display and manage multiple independent game sessions simultaneously, with state isolation built into the architecture. If you’ve played on platforms that make multi-tabling feel like an afterthought, you know exactly why this matters. We wanted it built in, easy to use, and native to the experience from day one. Not bolted on. Not awkward to navigate.

The second covers automatic language detection and translation in real-time interactive sessions. When a player types in Spanish and another reads in English, the translation happens without either one doing anything. No language toggle. No profile setup. It just works — in the background, without interrupting the action at the table.

Why This Matters for You

We’re building a world-class platform for players. That means getting the fundamentals right — not layering features onto an architecture that was never designed for them.

Multi-tabling shouldn’t be a workaround. Language shouldn’t be a barrier at the table. These aren’t features we’re planning to add someday. They’re baked in. Documented. Protected. And a foundation for everything else we’re building.

What’s Next

Non-provisionals are on the calendar. The platform build continues. A lot more of what we’re shipping is going to start making these filings make even more sense.
