Responsible Gaming

Poker is meant to be fun. SPN is committed to providing tools and resources that help players maintain a healthy relationship with the game. If poker is causing problems in your life, we want to help.

Know the Signs

Problem gambling can affect anyone. Some signs that gaming may have become a problem:

  • Chasing losses — continuing to play to try to win back money you've lost
  • Playing with money you can't afford to lose, such as bill money or savings
  • Lying to family or friends about how much time or money you spend on poker
  • Feeling anxious, irritable, or depressed when you're not playing
  • Neglecting work, family, or other responsibilities because of gaming
  • Failed attempts to cut back or stop

If any of these sound familiar, please reach out for help. You are not alone.

Tools We Offer

Deposit Limits

Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for 72 hours after any change.

Session Time Reminders

Set reminders in: Profile → Responsible Gaming → Session Reminders

Self-Exclusion

If you need a break, you can self-exclude your account for a fixed period (30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or 1 year) or permanently. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to log in or access any games. Any remaining chip balance will be held safely and returned to you when the exclusion period ends (for temporary exclusions) or upon account closure (for permanent exclusions).

Self-exclusion cannot be reversed early. Please be certain before proceeding.

Request exclusion in: Profile → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion, or contact our support team.

Account Closure

You can permanently close your account at any time. Contact our support team and we will process the closure and return any remaining balance within 5 business days.
