Delete your account and data

Last updated: 2026-09-28

You can ask us to delete your Salty Poker account and the personal information linked to it. This includes information we received when you signed in with Facebook, Apple or Google.

The Salty Poker Network is operated by SK Meridian LLC, based in Austin, Texas.

How to ask

Email[email protected]from the address on your account, or use ourhelp page at support.salty.pokerto ask for deletion.

We may need to confirm your identity before we act. We will reply within 30 days.

What we delete

  • Your personal details: name, email address, phone number, date of birth and address, except where they are part of identity-check records we must keep (see below).
  • What we received from Facebook, Apple or Google sign-in: your name, email address, and the account ID that Facebook, Apple or Google gave us, plus the link between that account and yours. (Apple may give us a private relay email address instead of your real one.)
  • Your name and username on chat messages, which are replaced with "[deleted]".

What we have to keep

Some records must be kept by law, for financial audits, and to keep games fair. We keep them, but replace your personal details with a random identifier:

  • Account transactions (deposits, withdrawals, buy-ins and cash-outs): kept permanently.
  • Hand histories: kept permanently.
  • Identity-check (KYC) and anti-money-laundering records: 5 years.
  • Tax records: 7 years.
  • Security and audit logs: 7 years.
  • Chat message text: up to 1 year, then deleted.

We can't delete anything under a legal hold or tied to an open investigation until that is resolved.

Remove Salty Poker from Facebook, Apple or Google

You can also remove Salty Poker from the apps connected to your Facebook, Apple or Google account, in that account's settings. That stops future sharing, but it doesn't delete what we already hold. To delete that, send us a request as described above.
