Introducing the Salty Poker Network
We’re excited to officially announce the Salty Poker Network (SPN) — a brand-new real-money online poker platform built from the ground up for Texas private clubs.
We believe poker players in Texas deserve a modern, fair, and transparent online experience. That’s exactly what we’re building.
The Games You Love
SPN is being designed to host a wide variety of poker formats:
- No-Limit Texas Hold’em — The king of poker. Cash games at multiple stake levels running around the clock.
- Pot-Limit Omaha (PLO) — Four hole cards, big action, and endless possibilities.
- Omaha Hi-Lo — Split-pot Omaha for players who love a strategic challenge.
- Tournament Play — Daily and weekly tournaments with guaranteed prize pools, including freezeouts, re-entry events, bounty tournaments, and more.
- Sit & Go’s — Quick-fire single-table tournaments that fire as soon as seats fill up.
Whether you’re a Hold’em grinder, an Omaha action junkie, or a tournament regular, SPN will have a seat waiting for you.
No Rake. Ever.
One thing that sets SPN apart is our tick-fee model. Instead of taking a percentage from every pot (rake), we charge a small, transparent per-minute seat fee. That means the money you win at the table stays in your pocket — not ours.
Built for Texas, Built Right
SPN is designed specifically with Texas private club regulations in mind. We’re implementing features like provably fair card dealing, full geofencing compliance, and secure identity verification — all to ensure a safe, legal, and trustworthy experience for every player.
The platform is being built on modern cloud infrastructure with real-time gameplay, mobile-friendly design, and support for both English and Spanish.
When Can You Play?
We’re currently deep in the specification and development phase, and our goal is to have a playable demo ready within the next three months. We’ll be sharing updates here on the blog as we hit milestones, so stay tuned.
If you’re a Texas poker player or a club owner interested in what we’re building, we’d love to hear from you. Head over to our Contact page and drop us a line.
The cards are about to be in the air. Let’s deal.
